On the official website of the anime adaptation of the smartphone game “Seven Knights: Revolution” (jap.: “Seven Knights Revolution: Eiyuu no Keishousha”) a new visual was published today, which you can watch later in the article.
Anime Starts in July 2021
The series, which opens on Japanese television in July 2021, is directed by Kazuya Ichikawa (“Clean Freak! Aoyama kun”) at the studios LIDEN FILMS and Domercia. Ukyou Kodachi (“Chaos Dragon”) writes the screenplay, while Arisa Matsuura (“Clean Freak! Aoyama kun)) contributes to the design of the characters.
The musical accompaniment is Yoshiaki Fujisawa (“Love Live! School idol project, “GATE”). The film will star Daiki Yamashita (Genta Doi in “Hi Score Girl”) as Nemo and Hibiku Yamamura (Claudia Braford in “Warlords of Sigrdrifa”) as Faria.
“Seven Knights: Revolution” is based on a smartphone game developed by Netmarble and not yet available in the West.
The story is set in a world where brave heroes fought against the forces of “destruction” eons ago. While their deeds have entered the legend, the power of these heroes was later inherited from “successors” who fought to protect the world. One day Faria, a successor to the Seven Knights, saves a boy named Nemo from the forces of destruction.
During the following battle, Nemo summons the power of a hero and also becomes a successor. Nemo’s hero, however, is a stranger unknown in history, and so begins an epic journey of past and present clashing.
