Over its three seasons, the show has garnered a huge fan base among sports fans and thriller lovers alike, with its incredible combination of sports drama and thriller arcs underlying the narrative. Inside Edge Season 4 Release date
‘Inside Edge’ season 3 was released in its entirety on December 3, 2021, on Amazon Prime Video (Flack Season 3). The third season consists of ten episodes with a runtime of 34-58 minutes each.

Amazon Prime Video (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 5) has yet to release an official statement regarding the ‘Inside Edge’ update for season 4. However, it is likely that the streaming platform will approve season four once season three meets the required number of viewers. The show’s cast and crew have expressed their optimism regarding the future of the show.
In May 2020, Karan Oberoi, who plays Imtiaz Khan, has expressed his desire to return to the show for season 4 following his absence in the third season. In November 2021, prior to the premiere of season 3, executive producer Farhan Akhtar acknowledged fans’ desire to see more of the show and the narrative it has to offer. The third season narrative also ends on a brutal cliffhanger, raising questions about the character’s future for a potential fourth season to answer. Taking these factors into account, there’s a tremendous possibility that we could see the show’s return. If updated soon, we can expect ‘Inside Edge’ season 4 to be released in the fourth quarter of 2022 or the first quarter of 2023.
Inside Edge Season 4 Cast: Who’s in it?
If renewed, Vivek Oberoi (Vikrant Dhawan) and Richa Chadda (Zarina Malik) could return as their respective key characters in the narrative. Tanuj Virwani (Vayu Raghavan), Sayani Gupta (Rohini Raghavan), Sapna Pabbi (Patil Mantra), Amit Sial (Dvender Mishra), Jitin Gulati (Pritish), Himanshi Choudhry (Sudha Dhawan), and Akshay Oberoi (Rohit Shanbagh) might also return. Aamir Bashir may not return as Yashvardhan Patil/Bhaisaab as his character’s fate has been decided towards the end of season three. We can also expect lots of new faces and a the previous cast to return for a potential season 4.
Inside Edge Season 4 Expected Plot
The show’s third season ended in a surprise. When the Indian team beats Pakistan in the last game, Vayu is arrested. Meanwhile, Zarina became the chairman of the Indian Cricket Board and declared the need for change. He threatened the council members what the consequences would be if they did not follow his orders. Following recommendations from the Roy Commission, he dismissed officials over the age limit of 70 as his first significant step after taking office. Vikrant was arrested by the EBI and speculation regarding his involvement with the racket spread through the media. With Zarina’s help, Mantra obtains a betting license from the government after Vikrant’s arrest.
If extended, the fourth season is expected to focus on Zarina’s reign as the new mastermind of the ICB. With the government on his side and the vulnerable Vikrant in custody, the stage is set for him to move pawns for his personal gain. After Bhaisaab’s death, Mantra could occupy his throne and a betting license could make all the difference for him. Vikrant’s arrest and loss of license will make for a tough road for Sudha forward, but Vikrant’s potential in the arena of power cannot be completely ignored. A potential fourth season is also expected to reveal a way forward for Vayu following his arrest.
