Suspicion Plot
The official synopsis released by Apple TV for the project is certainly interesting!
As you can tell from the title of the show, Suspicion centers on the doubts that are cast on a group of people who were in the wrong place at the wrong time when a crime occurred. Throw in the power of social media, and you have a recipe for a thriller that relates to the world’s current circumstances.
“When the son of a prominent American businessman (Thurman) is kidnapped from a hotel in New York, the eyes of suspicion quickly fall on the four seemingly ordinary Brits who were at the hotel on the night in question,” reads the official synopsis.
“When they find themselves in the trans-Atlantic cat and mouse race to evade the combined forces of the National Crime Agency and the FBI to prove their innocence, it becomes clear that not everyone can be trusted. Who is really behind the mysterious kidnapping? And who is guilty of being in the wrong place at the wrong time?”
How Many Episodes Will Suspicion Have?
Based on the award-winning Israeli series False Flag, this fast-paced eight-episode drama centers on the kidnapping of the son of a prominent American businessman (played by Thurman), and four British citizens staying at the hotel where he was kidnapped who are suspected to have kidnapped him.
