The Midnight Club: The Plot
Based on the book, The Midnight Club will tell us the story of a group of young adults who are terminally ill and reside in Rotterdam House. They gather every night and each of them share scary stories. One night, they make a pact that anyone who dies first, should try and communicate with the people who are still alive. Well, we need to be careful on what we wish for.
There is also possibility that Flanagan makes a story that covers multiple periods of time, just like his previous works, The Haunting of Hill House and The Haunting of Bly Manor. It can be combined with another Christopher Pike’s stories as well. Anyway, these all are just guess, so we can never really be sure until there is another hint about The Midnight Club.
The Midnight Club: The Cast
There is a tendency of Mike Flanagan to involve the same people or actors in his work. For example, the cast of Leigh in The Haunting of Hill House, Samantha Sloyan, appears in Mike Flanagan’s earlier movie, Hush. Mike’s brother, James Flanagan, also appears in many of Mike’s projects.
Some of the actors from Midnight Mass may appear in The Midnight Club as well, such as Ruth Codd, Sauriyan Sapkota, and Zach Gilford.
