Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon S was produced by Kyoto Animation under the direction of Yasuhiro Takemoto. Yuka Yamada was responsible for the scripts, while the character design was by Miku Kadowaki.
As of the last update, Studio Kyoto Animation or any company related to the production of the anime has not officially confirmed Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid Season 3 release date. Kanna is a young female dragon, who is exiled from her world as a consequence of her pranks.
Quetzalcoatl, (Cast: Minami Takahashi) often referred to as Lucoa, is a supporting character of Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon and a main protagonist of Kobayashi-san-chi no Maid Dragon: Lucoa wa Boku no xx Desu. She is a former dragon goddess and an old friend of Tohru who was exiled from her seat of goddess after consuming some cursed liquor that led her to enter into a scandalous affair.
Tohru (Cast: Yuuki Kuwahara) also known as Tohru Kobayashi is one of the main characters in the series Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon. Tohru is a female dragon with the ability to transform into a human girl. After Kobayashi rescues her, she falls in love with her and decides to work for her as a maid. She is the daughter of Damocles.
Kobayashi, (Cast: Mutsumi Tamura) is the main protagonist of Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon. She works as a computer programmer in Jigokumeguri System Engineering Inc.
Fafnir or Takeshi Ooyama (Cast: Daisuke Ono) is a supporting character in the Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid series and the main protagonist of Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: Fafnir the Recluse. He is Makoto Takiya’s roommate and friend.
Elma, (Cast: Yuuki Takada) is one of supporting characters in the series Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid and the main protagonist of Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: Elma’s Office Lady Diary. She is a female dragon from the Dragon Faction of Harmony, the opposing faction of Chaos (which Tohru belongs to). She adopts the name Elma Joui as her human alias after she finds that she is unable to return to the dragon world.

Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid Action
For Kobayashi, every workday is the same tiring routine, followed by a night of drinking with coworkers to let herself loose. However, her stale life changes one morning when she is greeted at her front door by the huge face of a dragon. Introducing herself as Tooru, the dragon transforms into a young woman in a maid outfit. Having met Kobayashi drunk in the mountains the night before, she accepts Kobayashi’s invitation to live with her as her personal housemaid.
