Beginning as a banal teen drama, the story slowly turns into a mind-blowing nightmare, populated by ghosts, a secret scientific organization, a seemingly evil girl with immense supernatural powers, and people forgetting their true identity. After its initial release in 2018, the series has spawned two seasons so far, moving from the BBC (Gentleman Jack) to Netflix.
Upon its release, the series received moderately positive reviews, thanks to all of its actors, quiet setting, and genre-rich storytelling. After the seemingly conclusive end of the second season, fans must be wondering if the series will have another season. The A List Season 3 Release Date
Season 2 of The A List aired in its entirety on June 25, 2021 on Netflix. The second season consists of eight episodes, the duration of which varies between 25 and 28 minutes per episode.
Netflix (Mortel Season 2, Fargo Season 5) has already shown a lot of faith and courage to relaunch the series after the BBC pulled out of production after the first season. For now, there is no official announcement from Netflix regarding the resumption of the series for new episodes. Since the streaming platform usually takes a few months to renew a series, we have to wait a while before making a conclusive remark about The A List Season 3.
If we stick to the story, the second season concludes things cleanly, with the exception of a few minor holes in the plot. However, the unpredictable nature of the series makes the third season still possible. The filming of the series takes no more than a few months, but it contains a significant amount of visual effects and post-production takes some time. If Netflix renews the series before the end of 2021, The A List Season 3 is expected to air in the summer of 2022.

Indianna Ryan may or may not return in the third season, since her character of Midge had a definitive conclusion in the second season.

Plot of The A List Season 3
After the finale of the first season, the second season brings Mia, Harry and Petal back to the island to save the others. The latter are kept in quarantine at the Lockwell Institute on the island of Peregrine – the same organization that Mags works for in the first season. The second season also introduces us to Midge, and it is revealed that Mia and Midge have been ” blood sisters ” since childhood. Mia ends up cheating on Midge again, and a rabid Midge unleashes hell.
Amber, the girl created by the experience, plays a central role as she changes sides in the final moments. After a season of wandering, the story ends when Midge and Mia reconcile. It becomes clear that the mysterious substance called animosine is at the heart of all inexplicable phenomena. Alex and his friends manage to neutralize the animosine and Midge is released. The penulti last moments of the season see the friends return to their normal lives. As the secrets of the island are revealed to the public, Harry becomes famous.
