Money Heist will soon return for brand new episodes. The first part of the fifth season of the Spanish hit series comes to Netflix on September 3. In it, El Professor makes perhaps a surprising move. Up until now, we’ve mostly seen him as the mastermind of the heists, but that may change in the final season.

The end of La Casa de Papel is now truly in sight. In the fifth season, we have reached the point where the gang has been locked up in the Spanish bank for over a hundred hours. They managed to free Lisbon, but things are not looking so good for another member of the group. El Professor has finally been captured by Sierra and for the first time the gang is on their own. But for how long?
In the meantime, a theory is circulating on the Internet that would show that the Professor has escaped from Sierra after all. How exactly he manages to do so is still unclear. However, the picture below is circulating on social media. A lot of fans have the idea that El Professor managed to infiltrate the army. After all, one of the soldiers who was already seen in the trailer of the first part of Money Heist season 5, looks suspiciously like El Professor.

Soon we will get answers to many questions we were left with after the fourth season of La Casa de Papel. Indeed, the Spanish hit series returns on September 3 for brand new episodes. Three months later, on December 3, the absolute finale will then come to Netflix (The Last Kingdom).
