A large number of these people go through difficulties as they try getting their lives back after being away from the world for quite a long time. Apart from that, a handful of returnees began to exhibit paranormal abilities, such as magical powers, clairvoyance, precognition, as well as other “gifts”. For example, the pilot Shawn Farrell demonstrated his ability to restore the neck of a dead bird, resurrecting it from the dead. In addition, one of the 4400, Lily Moore, has been pregnant between disappearing and returning.
