2.43 Anime Starts in January 2021
“2.43 Seiin High School Boys Volleyball Club” is created under the direction of Yasuhiro Kimura (“JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind”) in the David Production studio (Fire Force Season 3, Cells At Work!). Yousuke Kuroda writes the script, while Yūichi Takahashi contributes the character design. Yūgo Kanno composes the music.
The main roles are Kensho Ono (Tetsuya Kuroko in “Kuroko’s Basketball”) as Kimichika Haijima, Junya Enoki (Takeru Takaishi in “Digimon Adventure tri.”) As Yuni Kuroba and Yuuichirou Umehara (Mitsuhide Rōen in “Snow White with the Red Hair”) As Misao Aoki to hear.
In addition, Subaru Kimura (Ryōma Terasaka in “Assassination Classroom“) speaks the character Yuusuke Ookuma, Shouta Aoi (Mio Kanzaki in “Kono Oto Tomare !: Sounds of Life”) speaks Akito Kanno and Kento Itou (Yasu in “Show By Rock! ! Mashumairesh !! «) Shinichirou Oda is set to music.
The Shueisha publishing house has been publishing the light novel, which currently comprises five main volumes and one extra volume, since March 2015 with illustrations by Aiji Yamakawa. A manga adaptation by Yamakawa has been published in “Cocohana” magazine since July 2018.

2.43 Seiin High School Boys Volleyball Club Action
High school student Kimichika Haijima moves back to his hometown of Fukui after causing problems at Tokyo Junior High School’s volleyball club. There he is reunited with his childhood friend Yunii Kuroba, who has excellent physical abilities but cannot make use of them under pressure. Hajima, with his overwhelming passion and talent for volleyball, forms an ace duo with Kuroba.
The two enroll at Seiin High School, where they join the volleyball club. Awaiting them are the 163 cm hot-blooded captain Shinichirou Oda, the talented and sharp-tongued vice-captain Misao Aoki and his third-year pair, and second-year students, including Akito Kanno, who is always wearing long sleeves due to his allergy to sunlight.
The newborn team breaks its former shell of weakness and becomes Fukui’s rising star. This is a certain team’s journey to victory, with a series of fascinating rivals standing in their way.
